News 10 recently reported on a major redevelopment effort underway in Rochester’s Bull’s Head neighborhood. The project will improve both sides of West Main Street with upgrades that include enhanced sidewalks, better lighting, new streetscape elements, redesigned intersections, and an off-street cycle track.
These changes are intended to make the neighborhood safer and more accessible while supporting a stronger quality of life for the people who live there. Backed by nearly $18 million in public funding from federal, state, county, and city sources, the project reflects a significant investment in the future of Bull’s Head. Construction is expected to continue through the fall of next year.
